SECRET RF is a fractional micro-needling system (fractional radiofrequency) that exceeds the capabilities and limitations of fractional laser significantly. It is a system for extensive skin structure improvement and treatment of hyperhidrosis (radio frequency thermotherapy RFTT), based on both monopolar and fractionated on, bipolar radio frequency. An exact adjustment of the depth of the microneedles and the cold passing the epidermis allow the energy output directly into the target layer.

The needle depth is 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm can be varied, thereby opening up a wide range of treatments. The adjustable intensity of the RF energy allows for the treatment of various areas of the body with different energy performance.
